I am currently teaching both the undergraduate and postgraduate courses for the School of Business and Management at Aberystwyth University. I have also a keen interest on research topics like Knowledge Management, Knowledge Network , Communities Of Practice, eHealth and Social Networks. I am the Program coordinator of Human resource Management modules and also lead the program Skills and Employability for Professionals which encourage students to take part in internships to increase their employability. I am a UK Certified Practitioner of Learning and Development (CIPD) and occasionally deliver bespoke training sessions to private companies.
